3. Intellectual Property

• Submitted by creators with permission.
• Used with permission from the copyright owner.
• Linked to or embedded with attribution.

You may not download, redistribute, or resell content from the platform without written permission from the copyright holder.

4. Creator Submissions

By submitting content, you affirm that:

• You own the content or have rights to share it.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, annotate, and distribute your content on our platform.

We may feature or promote your content, with credit and links provided.

5. Compensation and Revenue Sharing

• If and when monetization is introduced (e.g., ad revenue sharing or creator rewards), we will provide a clear, separate agreement with terms for eligible creators.
• Participation in monetization programs is optional.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access or remove content at our discretion, particularly if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
